DigiNotes by LexOps is a note-making and legal research workspace built for lawyers, law students and legal teams. You read a judgment or case file, mark what matters, research the law, verify citations and build arguments in one place, and every note stays linked to the page it came from. Create one workspace for each matter, for example under the case title. A workspace holds the documents, notes and Canvas for that matter. From the home screen, create a new workspace, name it, and open it.

Open your workspace and select Import PDF. Under Add Document from, choose SharePoint, Email or Device. Pick your file, then select Ingest. The document opens beside your Canvas when it is ready.

DigiNotes works with PDF documents. For the best results, use PDFs where you can select the text. If you cannot select text in a PDF, it may be a scanned image. Run it through OCR before you import it, so that highlighting, Tear Out and research from a highlight work properly.
